In terms of stability, dry gibberellic acid remains stable at room temperature. However, in aqueous alcohol solutions, it may undergo decomposition, leading to a loss of activity. Additionally, gibberellic acid is sensitive to lye (alkaline conditions) and can lose its activity under such conditions. Heat can also cause thermal decomposition, which results in the loss of its effectiveness. For more, know more about China Manufacturers.

Gibberellic acid is a crystalline solid with a melting point of 223-225°C (decomposition). It has limited solubility in water (5g/L), but is soluble in methanol, ethanol, and acetone. It is slightly soluble in ether and ethyl acetate, and insoluble in chloroform. When in its potassium salt form, gibberellic acid is highly soluble in water (50g/L).
