珠海天心和珠海天思是什么关系？有什么区别？
①天心和天思在法律上没有任何关系，天心已经关闭，不再从事软件业务。天心的研发基地在珠海。从96年开始从事ERP研发。台湾天心是个销售型公司，是蔡先生自己的公司。
